Manivanh supported the Country Head, Laos across administration, stakeholder relationships, and organizational change. The role spanned executive assistance, customer advocacy, regulatory liaison with the Bank of Laos, marketing and community affairs, and payroll support for the Talent & Culture function — acting as a dependable, professional point of contact for everyone who worked with the Country Head's office.
Change Enablement
Supported the delivery of organizational change at ANZ Laos — building the case for change, assessing readiness, partnering with stakeholders, and coordinating training where required.

- Diary management, correspondence, filing, and technical support for the Country Head
- Expense monitoring and timely invoice payment
- Travel, accommodation, and conference coordination
- Meeting scheduling, agendas, and minutes
Regulatory & Executive Communications
- Translated Weekly Leadership Team minutes and other materials for the Bank of Laos
- Translated documents between English and Lao for the Country Head
- Liaised between the Country Head and regulatory bodies
- Coordinated with regional and group stakeholders
Customer Advocacy
- Managed customer feedback and complaints through to resolution
- Coordinated with relevant teams to close out customer issues
- Maintained clear, consistent stakeholder communication
Marketing, CSR & Community Affairs
- Represented the Country Head and ANZ at customer, community, and government events
- Organized key ANZ Laos functions and activities
- Oversaw marketing and community affairs activity
- Built working relationships with the local community
Talent & Culture / Payroll
- Processed monthly payroll (Payroll Maker) for local and expatriate staff via HRMS
- Calculated salary, overtime, leave, personal income tax, and social security
- Submitted payroll instructions to local banks and the National Social Security Fund
- Coordinated with vendors and IT on HRMS issues
Customer-First & Compliance
- Acted as a professional interface between internal/external customers and the Country Head
- Anticipated stakeholder needs through active listening
- Maintained 100% compliance with ANZ Essentials and in-country regulations
